By leveraging the professional and moral leadership of the Gamma Mu Lambda, Beta Nu, and Iota Delta chapters, the project seeks to equip fathers (and father-figures) with the emotional, financial, and educational tools necessary to lead their households effectively and mentor the next generation of young men in the Tallahassee, Leon County community.

Fundraising Initiative

Rationale & Intent

Bridging the Guidance Gap

"Every bridge built is a legacy secured."

In the Tallahassee, Leon County community, particularly within underserved zip codes, there is a documented need for consistent male mentorship. Many young men lack a blueprint for responsible fatherhood. The intent of this fundraising initiative is to bridge the "guidance gap" by:

Normalizing Vulnerability

Teaching fathers that emotional intelligence is a leadership skill.

Resource Integration

Providing a "one-stop shop" for legal, financial, and health education.

Mentorship Multiplier

Creating a cycle where supported fathers become Bridge Mentors to fatherless youth.

Core Goals & Aims

Equip, Connect & Bridge Generations

Equip for Excellence

To provide 100+ fathers in the Tallahassee, Leon County community annually with workshops on financial literacy, co-parenting strategies, and "soft-skill" leadership.

Foster Connection

To create safe spaces (Alpha Fatherhood Circles) where men can discuss the pressures of parenting and mental health without stigma.

Bridge the Generational Divide

To facilitate structured engagement activities between fathers and sons that promote academic achievement and civic responsibility among young men.
